I don't usually believe in spirits and souls and supernatural ideas. But one of my friends told me a pretty convincing ghost story last weekend that kind of made me rethink my worldview. My buddy took his wife to a supposedly haunted hotel, and he didn't tell his wife it was haunted. In the middle of the night the windows supposedly shook, and a ghost sat on his wife's chest and made her freak out. The weird part is that my buddy didn't tell his wife that the hotel was haunted, so her opinion about what happened to her is more believable.
But I still stand by the challenge that anybody who proves supernatural ideas like this could win a million dollars with this contest - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/One_Million_Dollar_Paranormal_Challenge.
If anybody could prove that souls and ghosts exist, they could be millionaires. We have been searching for the answer to whether there is a "soul" that is disconnected from our body throughout recorded history. This is probably the most important philosophical question that mankind can answer.
