Many are called but few are chosen. Called to do what and how many is a few? The calling is of God and the choosing too. Now a few is at least more than two and certainly less than ten. Many can be thousands or even millions. If the task is so important that only God can chose those to engage in it and trust them then it must be of the upmost importance to God. We know that nothing is more important to God than the kingdom so that the task must be to administrate his kingdom.
